No intimidation can stop the truth

I want to apologize to you for my silence but these were very difficult days for me. I had to think about my safety above all. I was forced to leave my home for some days because there were intimidation attempts towards me. It is right for you to know how a person like me lives, a person who denounces this system.

After my statements concerning Silvio Berlusconi and Francesca Pascale in my blog and in Servizio Pubblico, I live in constant tension, guarded by men I trust day and night, while the one who corrupts, creates new parties and is portrayed on the weekly press covers and on the first pages of the newspapers.

I don’t feel like pointing fingers at somebody in particular but I want to tell the one who tries to intimidate me that I was already at the Police Station and I made an exposition which will permit them to carry out an investigation. Sooner or later they will catch you. No one can assume the right to threaten or to trample on the liberty of a human being. Italy is a democratic Country and I won’t bend to the mafia methods. The Human Right number one recites: “All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood.” I ask myself and I ask you: If I couldn’t afford a security service to protect my life, could I be here now to talk to you? Don’t leave me alone, I need your support.

In reference to the media statements of Mrs. Francesca Pascale that are related to an alleged request of compensation for damages of 10.000.000 euro to my person, as well as to Michele Santoro, Francesca Fagnani, Paolo Ruffini, La7 Ltd. and Zerostudio’s Ltd., a request which followed my declarations from 17 October 2013 in Servizio Pubblico and concern Silvio Berlusconi and his “fiancée”, precisely Mrs. Francesca Pascale, in 25 October 2013 she filed for mediation in accordance with the Legislative Right 28/2010 in attempt to resolve preventively the controversy related to an alleged defamation she considers suffered. 

As a result, in 26 November 2013 a preliminary meeting of the aforementioned parties, represented by their legal assistants and a Mediator, took place and concluded with the decision of the same parties not to continue with the mediation procedure. Therefore I reiterate that in case of a proclaim I am willing to sustain the truth even in front of the magistrates, as I have already done in Servizio Pubblico and in my blog.
